okay here's my problem i want to paint the handlebar and i can't seem to remove some screws from the killswitch

Is there enough space to saw the edges so you can fit a spanner over them ? If so , give it a try

there is hardly any room to fit anything in there and the screw is totaly f&/&%ed up

Might have to bite the bullet and break the thing man , check out ebay for another one and see if it's worth it .

Or an impact driver might work

if you have a set of allen keys see if you can tap one into the worn head sometimes it gives you just enough grip to crack it open

i have a little set of allen key heads that fit into them magnetic screwdrivers and they have got me out of a few scrapes like this

failing that drill the head off then you will be able to remove the thread once its open

no luck removing any screws i guess that i'll have to buy one of those ''screw out'' sets

DARN IT!!!! IM ALL OUT OF CASH AT THE MOMENT!!!! =(
