Plastics from other bikes?

Just wondered if anyone has fitted plastics from toehr bikes and could provide info and pictures of what you have done?

Im really interested in making my DT a bit more individual.

They do all sorts of crazy plastic combos on there , your in for a lot of modding though , I mean fusing plastic on plastic and everything .

The rear fender isn't going to be that hard as there's plenty of holes etc to experiment . But all the side panels are going to be a nightmare , imo your best bet is doing what I plan to do and cut them down .

look around this forum I'm sure I've put lots of pics of different examples

Cheers mate, Im a car body repairer/sprayer so should have as gooder chance as anyone at messing about with this sort of stuff.

The problem is I cant understand what they're saying mate , I just fish through thousands of pics and find what looks like it'll fit .

I'd say your best bet is finding a motorbike scrap yard , try out a few fenders etc and see what matches up the best . From what I understand that's what most of these guys do biggrin
