Hi, first dtr125 & first problem. The bike runs fine for a while (10 mins) then it cuts out as if its run out of fuel or the kill switch has activated. Leave it 5 mins and it runs again. The last time it cut out i checked it had a spark (it did) and fuel was at the carb. It then started again ran for 5 mins but as it started to die again i could hear clicking from under the headstock/front fork area. Any ideas, thanks.
Hi, thanks for the reply's. Don't think its over heating as bike kicks over fine, just wont start. I think i might try changing the coil? I will let you know.
if a bike is overheating, it will still start, run for a few minutes then die, if its getting fuel and spark, its gota be overheating, what colour is your spark plug?
Its running like a dream.
