start, leave it for an hour to start off
then leave to fully cool down
then 4k revs for 300 miles (i think:S? someone will correct me if wrong)
then 6k for the next hundred
up to 8k but not over, never more than 3/4 throttle until 500 hit, dont rag until 600 or so.

anyone want to correct? its what ive heard is right.

Have you got an owners manual, there is a section on 'Engine break in' there

I managed to get out yesterday for an hour yesterday just to make sure everything was ok,i did 20 miles and my hands were frozen solid through my gloves.
Today i have no chance weve had about 3 inches of snow overnight.
Might sell up and buy a skidoo.

Do the DTs not have a nicosil plated liner?confuse I didn't think you had them rebored just replated. I would say just heat cycle it 3 times & you'll be fine that's what I did on the wolf. No problems so far.
