hello when i got my dtr about a week ago it had a kx 125 end can on it and it still has it on now as i havnt got round to taking it off it sounds amazing but would it pass a m.o.t with it as they dont check you exhaust really. can some one let me know what they think please. also so you think it would give me extra performance or not thanks mick

they might not have silencer wading, might be to loud. if you want to know if it will pass, take it off and search for NOT FOR ROAD USE, if its on there then it wont pass. saying that they never checked mine, but mine has an road legal number thingy. (you have to remove a panel to see it)
it might sound amazing because it has no baffles or silencer wading .. but silencer dont tend to make any difference to performance tbh. if its seriously blocked up with 2 stroke oil then maybe but i wouldnt have thought so.
yea didnt think its road legal as its off an off road bike so there is the answer lol and it does sound very loud i will put a vid on tomorrow of it but i will change it to a dep silencer once i get it all sorted need to do a few things to it first to get it looking good as when i bought it it had a few things rong nothing bad but just needs a few things sorted out but i will put vid up tomorrow thanks for the reply mate
