Is there a product on the market like a bracket to hold the number plate & number plate light that replaces the original rear mudguard?

You could make one, get rid of all that plastic crap first...

Yup I went for the R&G one, cost an absolute fortune! It's good though, only fault is the LEDs are far too bright! They light up the road behind you and everything.

i was thinking of getting the r & G one it is ment to be good! but i have seen a few of you guys have fitted a different rear fender and or tail tidy so the light is under the fender and not on to9p? i have a dtx and was wondering if anyohne could recommend a new rear fender and brake housing and number plate holder to get this look with my bike?

make your own! so easy and save yourself a fair bit.. easier on the 04 onwards cos you dont have to replace the light!

either bolt onto existing mounting on the grabrail or remove that and bolt directly to the fender.. you can do it with 4 bolts, 2 L brackets and a piece of 3-4mm sheet alu (tip roadsigns!)

roadsign also comes in handy for custom bashguards but thats another topic ;)
