That looks homemade to me , at least I hope so lol

Jubilee clip and a short mirror like this

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Bike-mirror-Cat-Eye-racing-cycle-mirror_W0QQitemZ250607738782QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_SportGoods_CyclAcces_RL?hash=item3a59629f9e

People do these kind of mods on choppers and streetfighters , custom jobbies . Usually where they can see clearly in them . I reckon they'll work well ... but I ride without any so I would say that .

nah i dont want a bar end, makes the bike wider, and with the amount of filtering i have to do to make my way through the traffic around here a wider bike is the last thing i want.

http://www.dual-star.com/index2/Equipment/adjustable_mirror1.htm

^^^ thats the only place i can find them from atm
