85's your lot m8 ...

sad but true ... anything more is just asking for monthly 'pop' !

Stage 3 Tuning NOT had the results you would hope for
[If Pea's still out there,
Did You ever get it to go any better after it came back from SS?]

170 kits expensive & again, don't return any real top end increase [bit' more pull]

Buy an R6 ... wink

Or get the RAF to drop it from 30.000 feet .. Should do 160 then ?

Been looking at your other post [pic's bef' & aft']
It's Very Tidy ... What year is it ??

.............

Welcome !

Tractable & plenty of low down torque ...

[Never thought i would say that about an enduro two stroke ! Let alone a Gasser !]

Like a BMW GS 1150 / 1200 .. but lighter, cooler, not ridden by beardy mid life crisis 45 year olds ... and not $hit !  aww

I THINK its altering and polishing ports, changing the powervalve and exhaust chambers shape (the part inside the barrel), head skim, 'race' piston, and a couple of other things.. probably says on the website..

it does yeah, but what is trueing the crankshaft? it is making the crank so it can take that extra power?

Not too sure if I'm honest, by the phasing I think its making sure its completely smooth turning, lower friction, less vibration, less wear, more power

Prob' means balancing ??  Mebbe lightening, but i doubt it !

Stan Stephens is a God of 2T tuning, so i aint gonna diss him ...

But i don't think Pea had the results he expected from the SS tune !

PM him & see if he's about ...

He has the same motor as you ...

the problem is. its okay doing **** to the barrel and piston. but theres still the carb and all that stuff holding it back. to see any kind of results you would have to change the lot.
