Ive been inspired by seiki since i seen his bike.I used to race the 125 YZ's in the early 80's and still like the look of them today. So i had a mid life crisis and bought the DTR and try and get the look i wanted.

I see you have the same clock set up as me - did you use the bracket that came with the idiot lights and bolt it to your headlight plastic?

Ta mate,
It was the look of your bike from the early home page photo on this forum that inspired me to do this project.

Hey seiki, did you have any look finding a decent looking seat cover apart from the normal red, blue, black etc.
Ive seen the ones on FX but cant find any others, even joined DT125DE but on one fricking understands me.
Heres a reply i got off one dude,,
Hab mal morgens ne weiße Unterhose angezogen und abends (hab nichts gemacht) waren braune Striche drinn!!!???
Which roughly translates as white underpants in the morning and evening dressed (I have not done anything) were brown strokes splashing around !!!???

What the f*ck is that all about???

On the picture with the best view of the rear tyre, is it really that fat cuz its huge.. or is it just a stretched image?

I think its the rear mudgaurd, from the angle it was taken you cant see that the mudgaurd comes to a point. It looks wide, flat and rounded, the LED light is actually near the end of the mudgaurd.
