i know that a 2006 barrel will bolt on and fit my 89 bottom end just want to know if the exhaust ports are the same will my expansion chamber bolt on as it normally would?? cheers
If the bore and stroke of the two years match (99 percent sure they are the same, but...), then it will be fine port-height wise, etc. and the spanny will fit right in there no problems.
