Lads,
Thought this might be useful for some - apologies if it has already been covered on this site:

It shows pictures of different type of piston seizure and what the cause is. I have had reason to use this in the past (a very unreliable RD500) and it is important that you fix the problem that caused the seizure before you run your rebuilt engine!
