Here is my DT 125 RE 2004 model without any mods done :
And here it is will the following current mods:
- Full DEP pipe - Rejetted 4x's higher than standard jets - CDI derestricted (cut the wire for the Power valve made a huge difference!) - R&G tail tidy - Smaller REG plate - 2 Teeth Less on front sprocker (tops out at about 80 mph, but 1st and 2nd wheelie of power ) - Road tyres (better in wet) - Renthal Bars - Renthal Cross Bar & pad - Ofard tax disc holder - cut down L plates - and mirrors removed
Mods i am adding in the future (soon):
- When i needs a re-build, im sending it to "Stan Stephens" for Stage 3 tunning - Supermoto Wheels (Exel when i can afford them) - D&D Graphics - YZ 125 carb - Boyesen Reeds and block - Jetted up more to suit stage 3 tunning - And some YZ 125 up side down forks
Well here is it with the current mods done (OLD PIC) ive done a few extra mods:
I have had my DT for a year know and am still happy with its Power tbh.... i think its running about 30 bhp at the crank! Because it goes like a rocket, i have raced my mates 2004 kx 125 which has had loads of mods...and off line i beat it and then we are about the same until flat out as myne is out of steam at 80 mph with the current gearing! And the Kx 125 goes to about 90+ mph! But my old gearing it went of the clocks, and i got clocked down the bypass going 90+
Well thats about it, it all stands me to about £2000
But is mint condition and has 7000 miles at the minute
Thanks for looking
EDIT: i will upload new pics soon
NEW PICTURE'S i finally got hold of a good camera :
Other funny pic :
This is a pic of me towing my mates tuned scooter with a washing line lmao
BTW it has blown up (piston and barrel are screwed )
This is what happes when you tune 2 stroke motor's lmao it has had a **** load of money spent on it:
- Polini 70 cc kit - Polini everything - PM tuning 360 crank - Yasuni exhaust - Malossi carb think its 20+ mm carnt remeber - Everything else polini
It is very fast for a scooter
So a lesson has been learnt dont over tuned a 2 smoker

dunno dude im just guessing, but that KX 125 i raced was dyno'd at Bike Depot and is kicking out 38 bhp at the crank! Ive also raced a KTM 125 EXC and thats 30+ bhp and it was also not faster :)
I might get a dyno run, but its 40 quid and a risk to blowing up lol
hey, you thought about mick abbey rather than stan stephens? stan stephens has got a couple of bad reviews saying they got less power rather than more for there £150 and mick abbey only charges £100 for his top tune on a single cylinder.

That is a really good looking DT there, mint! It will look even better when supermoto ;P
Yes i have now found my new tail tidy, R&G - just the bracket and no led light is perfect. Where did you get yours from out of interest.
Look forward to hearing about the stan stephens jobbie too!
Hi, thanks mate and i got my tail tidy from "SMC bikes" its is Sheffield town centre. You can get them from eBay mate, i got myne from SMC because my mate works there so got it cheaper (Y)

i remember havin a 14 tooth f sprocket for my old dt and yea made it easyer to get the wheel off the ground.. I think with the 16 it's a little more pull and higher revvs.. but trying to filp it right now as im gettin back into the swing of it after 6long years or not riding.
