frezoi got your pipe today m8y heres some GOOD pics of it incase u havnt seen it yet (thought u said it was comin straight from previous owner?)

so this is before...

theres some damage shown in pics, gashes in the end piece, joining pipe is split in 2 places and bent in and the joining rubber has a section missing, just thought u should know m8 ill sort out the joining part at the front end of the pipe and ill try make the end piece look a bit better than it is the rubber bit is up to you

yeah mate that would be perfect, just sort it out best you can like i said never seen it before just bought it straight from a guy online i woulda got one from new but i wanted it stubbied and shiny so it was pointless lol.

but yeah if you can get the joining pipe looking semi round again would be great, and ill just use the existing rubber pipe i have on my bike anyway so thats not a problem that one on it will be going in the bin, pipe doesnt look in overly bad condition in the photos tho :) cheers mate! keep me posted lol

got it done now m8 jus gotta rivet the end cap on (gotta get some more rivets first tho so ill send it out asap)

it was pitted quite bad so the finish on the innerside of the pipe(wen fitted to the bike) hasnt come up 100% but it looks a million times better than before

Bradders why not use self tappers instead of rivets mate, much easier to get into when needing to repack the innards, at a future date.

Just used a 3mm drill bit when I did mine, not drilling all the way through either just, enough to take the rivet head off, (infact it usually ends up sticking on the drill) then got a centre pop and popped it through to the inside of the end can, jd.
