dipped beam?

hi guys just a quick questions...
is it legal to have dipped beam always on?
as in as soon as you turn the bike on dipped beam is on and it cant be turned off.
(high beam works fine). thanks!

most scooters have dipped beam always on so should be fine

Pretty sure with new bikes you cant turn them off, Mine are always on and so is my mates yzf

standered thing now mate think it was from 03 onwards 99% of bike have them on asoon as engines running
