So finally after all my troubles my Dt runs  but its serious trouble  below 3k with choke an it will just cut out if the choke isnt on

Myn does that , the filter been cut open ect, cover it it runs fine ......

no m8 the offroaders has though so i know what you mean cheers ill go through the lot an check for air leaks nice one

running nice all day today so went had a minor weld done on the back brake lever support went home did about 3 miles lovley dint rag it got outside my house an its engine sound shudderd a bit a now i have nothing no go an it doesnt feel right in the foot wen trying to kick it up.. my god my money pit dt is driving me insane

this mans getting better at this fixing buisness my woodruff key has shattered in to 3 pieces not having a lot of luck maybe its cos i want this dt so badly lol

It's just one thing after another isn't it lol, I know how that feels!! you'll get there in the end lad, don't worry, just keep tinkering, and you have another woodruff key anyway so don't worry too much :)

lol tell me about it m8 the other woodruff key is at my other house though 5 miles away thought id take it for a test run didnt i lol not much luck its sweet now though put a kx one in from the bike shop £2.60 new bridestone front tyre to match the back fitted now fixed my airmix screw hole too..so its running perfect im there finally ready for mot ,,, but im really not keen on the power output offa the original dt carb the kx carb pulls the powerband so much better you come off the thing shaking so i think im gonna use that one instead

failed its mot  today   no rear footpeg  theres only one side . the back lights interemitent  an   something about a spread pattern on the headlight i think he said i left it with the shop  so it should be sorted tomorrow   iv just insured it  so  tax  ill be rolling tommorrow
