sup guys im new to this forum not realising that it was still active tho the website says last updated back in 07 :S but hi

wondering if any1 can help me out here ive been searing for the missing parts on the the net for a whille and no had much luck with not knowing what the parts are called if some1 could point me in the right direction id be mucho happy :D

im needing all of the bolts the casing and the locking nut tht sits around the valve/exahst  turning thing :)

yea cant seem to find anything to lock it in place so thought if i had the original part it might do the trick and it doesnt look right w/o a case

Call Amazing Autos Erith, I saw they had one a couple months ago and I bet its still there. They wont just sell the cover but it will still be cheap

Hi spadge welcome to the site :)

The part you need is the pulley, a circular black plastic bit. Have a look at this exploded diagram, image number 25:

Cylinder

The actual part number you need might be different though, the end of your powervalve looks diamond shaped. There is a website somewhere on here which i can't seem to find now, it has a whole list of all these parts and prices, I think you can purchase directly from it too.

If you have a local yammy shop ask them for the powervalve pulley for the year of your bike, the bolt might come with it.  Once you get it you will be able to pin the PV open.

yea once i get this original pulley id be able to jam it open at 14bhp? kinda annoying constantly losing power coz this thing spins around
