Could be a warped disc mate, they'll let you know then you'll have about 10 days to fix it then retest.

the caliper piston could be partially siezed m8, remove the caliper but leave it plumbed in get some big grips/swan necks/pipe grips what ever u wanna call them (plyers with big fcuk off handles lol) and squeeze the piston back in to the caliper and use the brake lever to push it back out (not too much other wise it will come out completely) repeat this process with plenty of lube (wd40/ penetrating spray ect ect) it should free up . if not then pop the piston out using brake lever clean up with 3m cloth/brillo pad ect ect ,grease up with RUBBER GREASE and refit make sure it all spotless inside the caliper.
easy job m8 should take bout an hour tops

have fun biggrin

Right from what people have told me, take the piston out the brake and give it a good clean and in where it goes, I still havent got round to doing mine yet, cos I have this trouble aswell the brake lever does pop back up but not all the way so have to do it by foot for now hehehe but I hardly use the back brake

mine done this as well i changed the piston, seals and brake fluid then bled the system now it works fine the main culprit was the seals they had deteriated and the piston would not push back into the caliper
