DTR125 Rebuild?? What do you think??

Only kidding yeah my bike made that exact same noise like a mini washing machine then got worse very quickly. Starting mine would take at least 15 kicks with choke on and that's if I left it parked more than an hour lol

so dose that mean a nice topend rebuild for me? lol and yea the video, im kinda shy cause i sound gay lol. David Beckham says that alot. could you reconmend a good piston? Oh i forgot to say i was planning on doing 80miles to my mums on it lol.. but im not so sure il get there lol and then come back again. but i might see if i can get the rebuild done before i go. would be a nice running in ride.

tbh m8 i wouldnt bother with the top end rebuild just yet coz from what i can hear from the vid it sounds ok, hard to tell through vids tho confuse

and u will always have to start any 2 stroke with the choke on unless warm , it started 2nd kick with choke on...thats good goin m8 biggrin

ill get a vid up of mine which i know is spot on if the audio sounds the same then i think urll be ok m8

jap quality piston from ur local yam dealer bout 50 odd quid (prox piston) or wossner forged piston from the wossner web site £77.46

Sounds the same to me but on a really cold day it can take about 5 kicks on choke. Like the pipe work u done. Wouldn't mind some of that my self

mine got like that, loads of kicks to get started, i found by jus giving it a little throttle pullback on like 2nd or third kick usually got her started

Ahh well it don't matter to as I'm so wanting to do the topend. Pluss it gives me something to do in the week as i work on weekends at the mo. I did another video today and it wouldnt start with out the choke but 2nd kick with choke and it started. I so wanna rebore though. Wonder how much more power id get from it.

starting it with choke is good , if its starts with otu it it runs rich
