i would go to my local engineering firm, milbore n i think they charge like 20-30 quid, its been a while since iv needed to go there for that but i would of thought most places would differ a fair bit in price m8
Absolutely critical to a rebuild imho. Try somewhere like PJME (google them for the address etc). I think they're about £25+vat for a rebore. Whoever you use, you must finish up with a bore that is honed with the correct grit size, the ports radiused and a bore that is sized to give a clearance with the piston of 0.046/0.051mm. Only a speciallist would have the necesary measuring equipment to be able to do this.
