I think u might be alrite I mean the diameter of the pipe after the expansion chamber isn't that big atall on the dt's if u wer to cut the twin pipe at the bit wer the dia is a little bigger for the Y piece ( jus before the Y piece) I think thatll be big enough , 4t uses larger dia pipes any way my old cg125 exhaust was wider, and plus ain't that twin pipe made for a 110cc + ??? I would of thought that it would run fine with tht pipe, ip to u tho m8 give it a bash if it works it works if it don't u can prob cut the back boxes off the rest of the pipe n sell them on lol
yeah that's what thought about cutting it where its fatter n just joining it to the expansion, if they are different I'm sure I could get a joiner pipe made up. ill buy em next pay n let u know how I get on. need to pick a colour yet, but I'm thinking blue n black
its good idea seen a few people that have done it, i tried once with an old yz dep can but the airox was in the way and the rear LH side panel was the rong shape, probably a "dumy" exhaust would look good and wont have to worry about any performance loss
it does but the rear side panels are different shapes so it wont be symmertrical and the silence would be under the rear fender unless you do cut down your rear panels abit like the DTR SM's on this forum
