and i have a few helmet cam type things one is a helmet cam but there all crappy quality and zoomed in so all u can see is the floor all the time

Have a look at these cams not the go pro but quality is just as good in my opinion, I bought the WATERPROOF SPORTS ACTION CAMERA brilliant quality both sound and vision, up to 3meters underwater too, read the other peoples reviews. I'll try and find some footage I have taken using it, you can either strap it onto helmet or secure it to handlebars using the kit supplied, plus it can take a 4gb sd card if needed. A bargain for under £30 quid if you ask me.

nev have you actually got one from that site then ??? id deffo be interested in getting one as last bit of footage i got of the enduro practice day i went to i strapped my iphone to me using insulating tape ,so after riskin losin my fone on the track i still cant get the bloddy vid off my fone on to my pc!!! so yea this little cam seems like a really good idea lol

i allso have one of theses i would not recomment them tbh the mount they come with wobbley and vibrats and quaulity is crap and really zoomed in

i normaly just gaffa tape in my old sony ericson c905 inside my mouth guard works fine cos its a thing phone

Yep, like I say Iv'e got the WATER SPORTS ACTION CAMERA, a cracking camera too, the site as you can see is in China, the only problem I encountered was that I had to pay £12 import duty on top of my purchase but that was for the camera and some digital vernier calipers i'd bought, I've refferred many people to this pretty much unknown site and everybody whos ordered has had no problems whatsoever, except for a couple of quid extra on import duty, they've had to pay on delivery. I'm trying to find some footage I've taken with it, but it must be on the external HD, I think Jack Delve has seen some footage that my lad posted on their scooter forum, he'll probably be able to tell you the quality.

Deffinately no wobble btw it's same as sureshot, the audio is too good in my opinion as it picks up the wind noise, too.

Thats with using the helmet strap, the quality when using the handlebar mounting kit is much better, plus youtube compressed the footage to upload, so I'd say its better when made into an avi file not mp4

i gaffertaped my lile keyring cam to my helmet to day and it wasent that bad tbh the 720p one should be good XD

Looking at the site recently, I saw the POSEIDON ACTION WATER SPORTSCAMERA looks like the upgrade to the one I've got, it's a few quid extra I know, but its 720 quality I think, and up to 10 m underwater, (not that you'll likely go 10 m underwater with it) but if it's pissing down with rain, or your going through a ford in a comp, you can be confident it wont f*ck up, like some of the more expensive cams.
