im sure my pv turns more then taht on the cleaning cycle / the pv pullly might be on wrong can you get a pic of the servo motor with the cables going into it =/

At the very least it's probably worth pulling the PV out and cleaning up the entire mechanism, greasing the cables and setting everything back up properly. At least then you know the mechanical side of things are moving properly so can rule out any problems on that side (and it's free, which is always the best place to start with anything!)
took servo in bits all rite still greased no broke cogs aint gta clue were to start now all thats mising is front wires and think winker flashers and a think sumthing went next to battary thare is a strap but nout behind it
pretty sure its a yellow black and green wire to the headlight m8, pick yaself up a headlight an set of clocks sure you should be able to do away with your cut wires , cos the wires will come atached to your new clocks anyway
will the wires colers mach up with the wires on clocks do u recon ypvs will work then ? got a bloody new ypvs and it same f.ing hoped it was that naked but it not o wel 60 pound down il get thare at sum point lol
should do m8 get the same clocks around your bikes age. ya powervalve maybe faulty cos theres a wire needs earthing or summin by the clocks could be that. powervalves wire from the cdi is black with a yellow stripe or a white stripe cant remember now ones your ignition an kill switch an the others the pv. checked thats connected
