hey bradders, thanks for the offer, and it sounds goodun too, but am after a DT125RE SM or a KTM125EXC, thanks for the comments too, iam going to fire it up next month and get it to the MOT station. Speed on these they rekon is a good 100mph, 105 maybe. all to do with the gearing and power. Doubt i be doing that on it tho, needs running in.grrr..lol

cheeerz toy, agreed the tzr is geared higher, the dtr for the off at the lights should bump ahead. My TZR is not the uk version tho. never sold in the uk. Its an an italian import. runs a fair bit more power. The CDI has different ignition timming and port timmings along with a 32mm carb. Against a UK Tzr it would eat it. What i would like to do one day is stuff a 4DL engine in a DTR. along with he cdi. that would be epic. an older DTR would be better, as it runs the 3 wire servo, so the loom will be almost identical.

another note is he tzr sits heavy too at 133kg wet. unlike the dtr ar 119kg wet. power to weight and all that.
