coolant and brake problems. (again)

Ok, so i got 2 pretty major problems i need sorting fairly soon... :/

First off, My coolant, ok, so the problem is, everytime i stop, i find i have coolant around my expansion tank, the level in it is sometimes low or sometimes high (random when i stop the bike) and my bike runs at different temps all the time. it started ok, running at about 65ish, then randomly it started to go up to 75+ when i got home, i topped the coolant up, bled it and it went ok to start with. running at about 65, then same thing. Its getting a bit of a night mare what the problem is, but everytime without fail i get water come from the expansion tank after a ride.

now would be a good time to mention that Ive just had a top end rebuild (about 250 miles ago)

Secondly, My back brake... ok, so, quite a while ago, my back brake randomly didnt work, stopped and had a look, and there seemed to be lots of oily stuff over my disc. cleaned it off, went for a ride, same again, cleaned it off, took my caliper off, checked seals, was fine. cleaned the whole bike up, another ride, same again. m brake cylinder looks not great but appears to have no leaks. im a bit worried its blowback from my shocker. because there seems to be a little bit of oil around my shocker. im just concerned where it came from, it happens everytime and it has been about 1-2 months with alot of riding. i still dont have any sag in my swinger though. any clues?

All help is appreciated. :)

Your first problem with the coolant sounds alot like mine, and ive been told its the Head Gasket that needs changing, does it drip on the floor when you come to a stop after riding it?

Also the back brakes, if there is oil around the shocker then it could well be a leaking shocker blocwing onto your back brakes, is the oil just specifically on the brakes or is it on the swing arm, wheel, chain ect?

yeah, but this is like, my fourth head gasket, third skim (3 of which are genuine) in less than 1000 miles. :/ yeah, it does drip though.

and i notice a little bit on my swinger but not so much no more... none on chains, and a little bit around the wheel, only brake side though. :/
