alright guys, my bikes being a **** n the engines seized whilst I was trying to kick it over. Just looking for people's thoughts on my options, rebuild, new engine or bigger engine. any advice appreciated
jesus dude =[ id say if u can aford it get that 2005 engine and look with switches use the kick start parts from yours and make a kick/elecy engine and then sell your loom and split your engeine to make some of your money back
only problem with using the 05 engine is that ill have to get new wiring etc to match. I'm gonna try n get the engine out and top off by weekend depending on work. if its just piston seized, can I slap a new top end on n be done?
If you do plan on that, make sure to check for a bent conrod when you get it all apart.. Ya never know! Asuming it is the top-end thats seized.. Make sure to skim & use a decent OEM/Athena gasket ;)
i can assure you mate 220tubs the engine is mint was off a running bike only reason i havnt had it is no fundage been and seen it mint if that helps u at all
