on way to work this morning at 7.15am, dark, wet and windy! Just coming off the duel carridge way, dropped a gear and noticed that at the high end of the rev range it was spluttering badly. Then on the sliproad waiting in traffic, it conked out.... Started straight back up though. But was really strange. It's never done this, i've had it for about a month now. Then on my way home tonight I hammered it lol and it was fine, what could it be?
Maybe the jets need cleaned and some new reeds. Just had an Iradium plug installed so can't be a faulty plug. It was COLD this morning though.
Also priced up some pirelli MT21's for the snow that is going to be here soon, £90 a tyre! £180 all together then £7 delivery. Anyone know any cheaper places to get them?
Back is going to be 130/90/17 and front 120/90/17, both rears, for fitting on supermoto rims set up lol.
Cheers lads.

I put it down to the weather conditions (perhaps carb icing (are DTR carbs heated? I've forgot lol)) My bike (GPZ) is sometimes like that until it's really warmed up, barely even wants to start up on the choke But in the summer I always impress my friends as I get the bike out, no choke, not been started for about 2 days or so and it fires first click of the starter, idling about 750-900rpm
