Exhaust for TDR125
Permalink

Hi,

My lads 1995 TDR125 is slowly getting more and more gutless, struggling to pull up a slight incline now - his standard exhaust is undoubtedly to blame, probably clogged up to hell.

So, I've been trying to find an aftermarket pipe for him, but nothing is available for the TDR.

As it uses the DTR125 engine, does anyone know if a DTR pipe will fit, it's the routing around the frame that concerns me???

Many thanks, Mark.

im not 100% if the restriction is the same but best bet would be to cut the standard pipe open and gut it and then weld it back up and wile its off clean it out then the bike should be good again

first mount to the frame looks the same as the dt, looks like yamaha cut up a dt frame and bodged the engine cradle bit to the tdr frame lol
