What sprockets for better top end?

Hi all, I am after some sprockets which will give me better top speed, I can get 80mph but that is screaming the bike, it sits nicely at 60mph on the way to work. 70 is in the powerband abit too. So i would like to comfortabley sit at 70mph not 60mph. Which sprocket set up to go for? I don't actually know what is on my bike now but giving these facts  ^  ^ ^ I am sure someone will know :)

Also what brand to go for? I will be getting a new chain too, is Renthal good? thanks guys.

16/57 is standard
I've tried 17 on the front and it made no noticeable difference on top end, it just seemed about the same
I think I had about 85 out of mine (on the clock so probably out 5-10)
And it was well and truely screaming
Needless to say I never went that fast again lol,
It used to sit around 65 quite comfortably though
