Cost to Get Petrol Tank Powdercoated?

Anyone had there petrol tank professionally sprayed and have a rough price estimate, im contemplating changing colour (white or black) so nothing fancy. I got a quote for the frame to get sandblasted and painted for about 80 quid but they havent got back about the tank and i just wanted to see if anyone on here has had it done?

Was that for stripping the old paint aswell or did you take the paint off yourself? not sure whether to paint or vinyl wrap the tank and plastics

They blasted it then coated it, paint shop quoted £200 to do it. Any powder coating will require blasting as stripping won't be thorough enough

Neither of you are reading my post correctly. I paid £140 to powdercoat every single metal part on my bike, by the powdercoaters.

The PAINT shop quoted me £200 just to paint the tank

2 different shops
