Heya dudes! I went out for a run today to get some shopping done, came back to my bike and tried kicking her over and there was no resistance with the kickstart at all and wouldn't even start up. Ocassionaly whilst kicking her over it would sound almost like a car stalling! But anyway off i went to my nearest hill (what a ball ache pushing a DT up a steep hill) Then managed to bump start her (sweating balls!), sounded fine, ran fine...called my dad before all this and he said it's obviously the kickstart (duh). I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with this and could diagnose the problem before me and my dad fit the new servo/strip her this weekend? Cheers ~ Ryan.

compressions fine m8 engine is sweet as a nut as usual when i've bump started her, but she just wont kick over at all with the kick start theres no resistance when you're kicking her you could push the kick down with your pinky but like i said the engine is still turning over my dad thinks its a faulty spring or something of that nature after we did a lil diaagnosis b4 i went out last night.
i dont see how there can be no resistance if it is turning the engine?? surly the compression would create resistance lol u mean the return spring not pulling the kickstart back to the top?
