Theres a pressed metal head gasket that seals between them, id imagine that o-ring is only in the inside as extra protection to stop the highly compressed fuel/air mix being forced into the coolant, whereas on the outside edge there not much pressure.

yamaha used the same design with the tzr sp but thats a heavily tuned 125
the o ring is for the high comp and stops you blowing a gasket
There are some vids of the 185cc on youtube, but their crap. Cant really tell if its any good or not. But it sounds pretty good. All the comments are in german too. so cant tell what their saying about it .
Damn that sounds amazing. But its not that smart to spend that much money on a cyllinder and get it to the last oversize. Its proboably gonna last. But what if it seizes. Its proboably not gonna be that much of a difference anyways.
im really wanting to get this, i should have but just spent a load on a top end rebuild so not gonna let that go to waste yet, might leave it 6months and see if anyone goes for it before me.
