so even thought he said he intended to chased them and then said he didn't mean it makes it all right ? this country takes the piss he should of got life as he admitted he intended to catch them and got what he wanted
me personally iv worked on a farm and have seen what happens to the fields by bikes i allso ride green lanes and know how much you can get lost and i know how anoying it is when u see bikes tearing it across the field and iv gone arfter some kids befor in the tractor to tell them to stop coming across the field its fine u they go along the out side but not across the middle.
me personally it is sad that a fellow biker has lost his like but it was a accident the farmer dident mean to roll the car the farmer dident mean to kill him just as the bikers dident mean to be on his land it was all a accident. i know farmers who go arfter people on bikes with bean bag rounds in the shotty and then takes the bikes or if there crap they stab a hole in the tank and burn it then leave.
The CPS failed to serve justice to this bloke big time. Even the filth have to pull back now in pursuits when its feared that the outcome could become fatal but this farmer can get away with it. What a fecked up system we have today. I read the farmer showed no remorse in court aswell as not even wanting to get help or another vehicle to pull the rolled vehicle from the victim he was a member of the Dorset Greenlaning Crew (DGLC)
what a ****ing joke, poncey farmer ****! we was out the other day (see vid section ; ) and as we wer coming to the end of a LEGAL green lane then a farmer came flying out the field n almost came all the way across the lane we wer on n stopped, jumped out to film us on his i phone, ( i know old farmer dude with an i phone wtf?? lol) but if we wer jus a few feet further forward he would of taken out like 3 of us by slammin into the side of us, if anything we shoulda filmed him driving like a ****!
@ The_DtR_Maniac1991 Yeah I believe it was Arundel Hampshire mate. @ DT-R_bradders too right mate you should of filmed the fecka with his careless/dangerous driving and reported his dam ass. Or even better just boot pied him lol... Cheeky gits just cos they own land don`t make them some kind of hierarchy or above the law
Well I think it's insane that this verdict was given. I can't believe that if the farmer had rolled his car, not hit any bikers but killed himself, the bikers would have recieved the same result. Admittidley, it could be annoying for the farmer, he's trying to make money after all. But his actions are totally unjustifiable. (Tbh that's my friendly middle of the road view. In reality, all land owners are cu nts. They stole all the land they have, worked slaves and exploited the lower classes on it, and now were supposed to see them as higher in society? Fuk off. )
Police normally go berserk when you take the law into your own hands, why not for this guy?
Few months back some geezers were shouting stuff at my misses as she was walking home alone at night. Now I guarantee if I started chasing those ****ers down the road and they got hit by a car, they'd throw away the ****ing key.

erm slavery was abloished in 1833 i gardentee anyone from that time is dead now.
now i know quite a few farmers and i can ensure you they buy there land and they work the land them selfs most have family or employ people to help and they pay them well when i go down to cornwall i work on a farm for 2-3 weeks and this farmer owns about 60 fields and has bought them all most wer bought back in the day and cost him between 2-5 grand a field, prices have gone up nowdays but they pay for it.
do you drink milk or eat beef, chicken well anything like that cames from farms so us normall folk have a dependance on farmers at the end of the day that is why there higher in society.
i dident say what he did was right. but he dident chase them to kill them he shouldent get off scot free but prison time wouldent do **** as it was a acident the guy loses a few years in side he gets out and lives with the guild for the rest of his life.
Besides, my main point is that the land originally never belonged to anyone. It was stolen, then passed down generation to generation.
Also, I never said slavery still exists (although anyone on the dole who has to do this free labour thing might disagree!), but the point I was making is that slaves were used by land owners to work the land - emassing them a huge wealth that they still own today.
Not everybody is the same, I know. My gfs uncle started from scratch, bought a tiny bit of land and worked his way up. But some are utter c unts. The things that piss me off are this; he killed a guy. Took someones husband, son, father etc and gets away with it. I agree, prison probably wasn't the answer. So how about a fine to help the family who will now have massive debts after not only losing an earner, but also the court case. Or, how about a peace offering - give and acre or two that runs along green lane back to public so they have more riding space.
This guy is a wan ker. What would I have done? If I wasn't a biker ofc...held a meeting with green lane association and police to come to an agreement, or at least voice your annoyance/ why it's bad for fields etc.
You also say he will have to live with the guilt. He showed no remorse in court.
And besides, my gripe isn't with the fact that he is a land owner - however, it is very difficult to forget it with the nature of this incident that he killed a guy chasing him off land that was stolen from the people years ago anyway! What has got my back up is that effectively, a man has been able to kill a trespasser with no repercussions. That's not acceptable. Ok it's an accident (or so he claims), but how much of an accident can it be? Where do you draw the line? What if those guys in that BMW that chased you once toy had forced you into a fatal accident? Would they have gotten of Scott free? Should they have?
