it is road legal as it has the lines/scores in the nobblies to allow the tyre to push water out for grip, but even so, they look hella' dodgy and hardly have any wall grip so if you wanna corner at like 10mph by turning the steering coloum instead of leaning, then by all means throw your money on them... Avon for the win

would love to put knobblies on my dt but, i chew them up and unstable at higher speeds

I got avon on mine.

I had knobbleys and to tell you the truth, I wouldn't be able to tell you the difference in handling between em!

I mean I never it too the absolute limits but still they weren't horrible.

I had continentals before.

I find nobblys better for riding on & off. Road tires are only good for one thing :P

Maxxis mate, happy with them, can be sketchy at high speed but that's knobblys for ya,

Find it funny when ya on the muddy stuff and the tread is full of mud, hit the road open the bike up and it spits out all over the shot. Not fun when ya behind brad and get hit with it lol

I was alwys too trashed to accelerate hard after off roading. I have been off roading with my avons. Not reccomended lol.
