as title says its noticable on start up and when the bikes cold but once its warmed up its not as bad but you can still hear it. Do you think it could be due a rebore last one was 10000 miles ago the thing is it sarts first time every time and still pulls well i can still get 75mph + out of it

yes mate about its due...

as soon as it warms up the piston expands and takes up the slack! smile

ok cheers for the reply once i get my husky up and running properly the dtr is getting stripped down will i need to mod the powervalve for the rebore as it will only be the 2nd rebore on the cylinder.

always best to check any pv clearance when os bore is used mate dont tek 2 mins to check and saves loadsa agro
