30mm carb any one 4 to be had

so was talking to a family friend in the usa lastnite on fb whos bike shop has been hit by the credit crunch and been forced to close, i was asking about carb upgrades for 125s & he sed they used to sell carb upgrades and he has 5 carbs all 30mm in his unit

says he would do me them for £40 each if i had them all!

so would any one be intrested

so that would be a brand new carb in a box,it will be a good upgrade to compliment any exhaust mod breeth& fuel in as good as its getting out

there at a baseline jetting for a 150 cc engine, so wont be far off the mark

iff you want one let me no and ill get the money in and get them

yeah id be pretty sure the manifold would hav to be fettled lads, no its not dtr carb its just a universal 30 mm setup, woulkd probly come roughly jetted so would need fine tuning but simple with a few jets only cost a cupla quid

iv bin told the rd 350 uses a 34 mm carb so that manifold would be a good one to use

I put a 38mm carb on my old DT125.

I think the carb came off an old YZ. There was a lot of modding to do to the inlet and airbox lol. Plus it just pissed away the fuel. Compensated for the 170cc Athena kit though.
