ok so about 7months into my new job and I was enjoying it but now every time I get there I can't wait to go home.

first time was like the 2nd day I started.. I was putting out clothes and didnt know where everything was ment to go so it did take me a while. But my supervisor said i need to be quicker.

The next time I was selling coats to customers that walk through the door. because they were like green and pink there wasnt much interest. My supervisor radioed to me (How many coats are left) I said, i'd sold one but everyone i ask don't really seem interested. she then says (Well then you need to buck your ideas up, I need them to be sold before you go home!!)

And today I was selling jeans and flight cases. Couldnt get anyone interested in the jeans but managed to sell 5 flight cases. My supervisor comes over to me asking and looking to see if ive sold any.. asked almost everyone that come into the shop if they would be interested in our one day offers. But as none sold she keeped telling throughout the day that they need to be sold. She said I don't think you have been asking anyone. I said well ive asked who ever has walked in the door. she said, I dont believe you. and at the end of my shift she said id had a lazy day!

I mean ok I'm not the best by anymeans but I sure as hell try. They give me 3hours a week whitch is evey sunday and I'm ment to be grateful for that am i????

I spoke to the manager and said like how she's been speaking to me but he just said (Ohh I think she's pregnant so it might be something to do with that) I'm OMFG what kinda excuse is that??? but naah next time im in im ment to be selling the hole lot.??? thats what i was told.

also the other day was asking customers for sports relief donations and when ever i wasnt moving the bucket to make the money jingle she was on the raido saying ( I cant hear that money ) yet today some girl was doing the same thing and she never hardly shock the bucket and not a word was said to her..

I just dunno what to make of it.. I don't go to work to come home fuked off.

coz what she's saying makes me feel like I shouldnt be there?? and that everyone else or anyone is better then me... seems like everyone that works there dont dare say anything in return to her.. but like i say i tell her how it is if i cant do something or if ppl aint interested I tell her. but she either dont believe me or thinks im not doing my job!

I had 2 mates at college who both worked at soccersportsworlddirect (never know it's proper name as they're always changing it)
Anyways as soon as they turned 18 and their minimum wage went up they were both mysteriously fired..

Ignore these two haha...Look for another job. Or even better, can you do without this job for a bit? If so, just hand your notice in. Don't be treated like a cûnt by anyone in any job. Ever. It just seems like a Sunday job right? Well then fuk them.

Toys kinda right...but you're not part of a union so that will have no effect. If it is only a Sunday job, it will be extremely difficult to peruse her/them legally. Just find another job. Don't be treated like a tw@ for anyone or any money. Your integrity is the most important thing you have.

As much as you might want to tell them to go fist fuk themselves, it might be better (in regards to getting a reference), if you remain polite when handing in your notice. Besides, you can walk out with your head high having not stooped to her level.

Reality is this; she is annoyed that she has to work there full time. She obviously hates it (it's sounds like a ****ty place to work), and so she's just taking out on your cos she's a thick whore.

Don't work unless you're happy, and don't work hard unless it's a work of passion. I can tell you lots of plans and ways to be smart and get your own back...but seems silly for a Sunday job. Just leave the fùckers to their shítty little ways. She can't leave the job as she has to work full time to get money to raise that glud of humanity she has festering in her womb, you aren't dependant on the job. You really wanna fúck her off... Just quit and tell her that. Tell her you don't have to work there...that's probs why shes being a twát to you anyway...

Report her for bullying to HR, you are not there to sell items, you're there to help customers. In retail that's your main position, selling things is just a plus for the business.

Being pregnant does not give you an excuse to be unprofessional. If I were you, i'd start looking elsewhere and at the same time keep challenging her. Personally I will never be bullied by anyone, ever. If she asks stupid questions, give stupid answers

I work for sports direct too down ere, what a ****hole but its a part time job eh, anyway yeah thats what there like down here, jus dont bother listening to em and tell em your trying and you should be fine, but yeah like the others have said, find another job, its gonna be less hassle and more money that way :)


Jus got myself a 2nd job down co-op, what a difference between them, the hourly income difference says it all lol, Its so easy

Well i dunno if it's just her or the hole company as I'm the one always stuck on the door trying to sell crap to customers that they don't even want or even come in for. Ive not been trained to do anything else like tills or trainers. But without a doubt im always there on sundays 11am till 2pm it's like once in a blue moon if i get anymore hours in the week. I used to keep asking them for more hours. I need more hours if they want me to be better at something.. Once aweek just dont cut it.. But I give up on asking for hours. So that's me.. They just dont wanna give me the work.. So i thought it was quite a laid back company but maybe not eh? I mean that's look at my other job. I do Karaoke/Disco I'm There every firday and saturday night and I work my bollox off unless the pub is not very busy. But my boss is like my mum.. she's always said to me if I get a problem tell em to fook off and if i cant deal with it tell her and she'l tell em to fook off and get out of the pub not matter how busy it might be. and at the end of the night she always says thank you for being there tonight and doing a good job. now put the two jobs together and all or a sudden I just know where my heart is and what i love to do... Just think.. Without my karaoke/discos and if i just had sportsdirect i think id be very depressed.

yeah id very much like to get the fook out of there!!! and i do kinda got some plans in action as to leaving.. Been looking for extra DJin work in the week. as soon as i get some more work in the week doing that then im outta there or if anyother work pops up like shops then il apply for em. but untill then il just keep at it.. even though 3 hours standing doing next to FA dose drang and make it feel like ive done a hole 8hours

Just be honest, if customers don't want something you cannot force them if they don't like that then it's their problem. If they have a go at them don't be rude about it but just say it matter-of-factly. It's not your job to force people to buy ****.

If she's pregnant go above her head, say she's being unprofessional and using it as an excuse, don't go behind her back make sure she knows you're making a fuss.

Worst case is you get sacked for making a fuss, in this case you have grounds to sue for unfair dismissal, win-win.

Just for **** sake don't go shouting at everyone, if you get wound up take a deep breath and pause for a second. End of the day it's not really going to get worse is it? :)

way i do fings is if some one makes my life difficult, i do it back to them x 2, but as sed b4 is it really worth all the grief for a poxy 3 hours a week, surely there muct be some where else u cud work or is thgere nowt about, but b4 u leave cause her as much grief as u can, stick some kippers some where in her locker or sumet mek her stink ha, wen we moved house we put some sardines behind the radiator wedged em in, i bet it stunk after a few week ha  ha

lol.. but she's not my type lol.. she thinks shes high and mighty... but at the end of the day she works in a shop... wow... like its the best job in the world,, NNNOOOOTTTT!!!. I could just say (Well How Rude, I dont Have to come here to be insalted) I'm Loving the fact that I phoned up one day to help out a family mumber move into a oap home.. boss said do you think its acceptable to ring up one hour before your shift and tell me... I said (well I dunno, I thought if i wasnt commin in i was to phone an hour before my shift starts) lol. They through they could get one over on me..

sounds like a little hitler syndrome.....

if you feel you are being bullied then chances are . that you are .. but if you make a complaint its your word against her.s and if put in to text the things she says and do.s dont sound that bad to UNION REP.

you need to start to keep a diary or log of events and what was said or done and in what tone of voice also how it made you feel at the time .

even better buy a cheap digital pocket audio recorder...and each time you see her comeing record waht is said ...this will back up your log/diary for if she says {I never said that } .

Put your schtonker in her schtinker. Seriously though mate, just leave. Don't get yourself in ****. Just enjoy telling her you're leaving. Make it like youre free of needing a job. Start talking to her about how much of a problem
Over population is. And then make up statistics like...did you know that if you work on a shop floor while pregnant, studies show your baby is 5 times more likely to have motor-neurone disease etc
