earth wire behind clocks

ok so this is what i found when i checked outthat restriction for the speedo wire, looks like someone has beat me to it, but is it done correctly?

i dont know if you can see but heres a key:

RED: is the green/black wire that is the restriction
GREEN: is a peice of wire used to make a connection
BLUE: is where the conection has been made to one of the indicator wires. 

 so is this correctly done?

Lol who bodged all the wires in? Didn't bother soldering and shrink wrapping them lol.

Even if it was done correctly I doubt your notice the power increase lol. I didn't :\ But let us know.

Needs to be earthed to the negative terminal of the battery
The frame or any black wire will suffice

And it's not much of a 'power' increase, doesn't turn the bike into crazy mode and flip over when you try and do wheelies or anything like that, for me it just seemed to power through the gears alot faster
