156 miles Yesterday & today im still walking like John Wayne

Rode from Somerset to Birmingham yesterday and I`m still walking like John Wayne. Did around 156 miles & my ass is still in pain how some of you guys do them kind of miles & even more is beyond me. Or maybe I`m just becoming an old fart.

Feel for ya pal i did derbyshire to scarborough last year n i can still feel the ache pmsl , that was wiv a rucksack crammed full too musta weight 3/4 stone no kiddin :(

 I'm thinking on my DT project. Do you think skimming the seat down and adding memory foam is a good idea?

Could work, i just think it's the general boat shape/skinnyness of it which makes you feel like you've had a whole night with Energised!

If you got numb bum you were on the wrong roads , on a DT you are supposed to go on the green ones and stand up there for giving your big f-- a--- no time to feel the pain Ha Ha
