Two bikes

Bike 1 - stock front pipe and DEP silencer

Bike 2 - DEP front pipe and DEP silencer

How much more power does bike 2 get? Does the front pipe actaully make any difference?

hi bandit ive a dtx n for past 5 yrs had standard front wiv dep end can & a few weeks ago if that long i fitted a dep front pipe n it definatly improves the rev range n acceleration my bike goes from say 50 to 70 in a few seconds in top gear avnt tried a top speed run yet so no idea what it'll do but every time ive shut off it was still pulling n been up to 75 so far and im six foot two n 13 stone.. hope this helps :)

Yeah it gives more of a surge at the top of the rpm range over stock. Just wants to be revved high :p

bought and fitted a full dep system the other day and was really impressed. bike pulls harder when the power bands come in and also bike seems to rev more freely i found, also my dtr sounds fricken awsome now hehehe :D (not forgetting the bling bling shiney looks too)
