my mates gilera runner got impounded he just restarted he mile thing as he just filled up when he went to pick it up it had 4 miles on the clocks witch means they wear riding it around dont know if he did anything thou

Sorry for starting the section 59 talk I just meant it was the time duration you are allowed one a year or supposedly they impound your vehicle (could have changed this was yonks ago)

You can basically get one for anything. It's suppose to be for being a disturbance so revving in a car park, going off road etc the things you can't get a speeding ticket for.

Only issue is it can be given at the coppers desecration with no evidence needed, my mate even got one just from a member of the public complaining he had to go down to the cop shop to get it no idea why he accepted it. Also heard police just getting ****y and giving them out whenever they are pissed off and know they can't do anything about bikers so for having a too loud can, even filtering...

i wouldn't be suprised if i get one soon, i live near a small village with snotty nosed posh bastards & old people, i don't mind old people it's just the others & i can tell trhey don't like the bike
we have a police station in the village too lol like a big one suprisingly aha
i think it's stupid how anyone ccould dob you in for not even doing anything,
people really do hate bikers...

seen one on what looked like a cr85 whilst i was walking home and just to come to a corner to see a copper walking down the other end. he pulled a u turn and was off, the copper didnt even radio it in. they are proper laid back here or they just cant catch them. i even see dt's going through the green way, its only a little path passing through some woods
