got giddy head on road rage after work, it started missing when it was at about 10.000rpm so was trying to clear it out see if it was a single hitch so just blasted it, was ready any way getting abit rattley
piston bore,gaskeets & seals goting done just gunna start strippin now
as i thought its still on the std yamaha piston rings worn out, blow by carbon half way down piston no wonder there was such little compression all pparts worn beyond spec, little end sloppy/worn pin
crank & big end fine
both crank seals shot and leaking
but other than that the combustion chamber and plug colour is spot on
so ordered crank seals as yam bits and pjme dont have the correct one right seal is a twin sprung lipped on both sides ebay sellers are sending wrong ones out
piston and gasket set iv got
rebore in the week at my man in donny
34mm carb on its way
porting and case matching barrel, paint the lump, give everyfin a good clean wile its in bits
all a ball ache,unlucky fella on the plus side it'll be a fresh lump,bring on 10000 miles of abuse lol curious to see what damage you done tho....
will stick some pics on 2moz, no ball ake i new it was ready so just rode it till it poped, no hassle to me, its a blessing as it= garage time away from kids n mrs and it gets a good clean wile its in bits as shes a bitt dirty underneath
