I still see air bubbles in my hose that goes to the carb.I have bleed the pump many times but every time i am starting the bike i see bubbles coming out from the joiner.
I thought of that but where should i look for?The seal from the inside is new and so the gasket is.The pump was working just fine before opening the cover to change the clutch plates.
stick some pre mix in the tank and take it for a blast when it starts smoking more u no its primed properly thats what i did, if every things bled and tight it shud be fine

Odd question but how can you see bubbles coming out of it? Have you waited for about a minute of continues fluid with no air bubbles before closing the bleed screw? If so I guess they is an air leak somewhere, maybe the pump seal is leaking.
