We gotta defo start the thread " whole bolt kits in SS for pennies" if everyone who's working on there bike at the mo helps out and measures them we will have it done in no time ,then no more gettin ripped off for cheap Chinese bolts from eBay,+ everyone on here can have a full set for next to nothing

Yeah defo agree on that Gadget
I remember taking a screwdriver and spanners to my bike there and then outside the fixing company and going in and out the shop with different sizes had this helpful bit of sponge (woman) who helped me with the different sizes she was fit so I was only to happy to keep going in and out the place to keep chattin to her TBH lol
FIT WOMAN ?
I bet you were only too happy to keep going in and out lol ha ha.
But yeah we gotta do it,it aint gonna be hard (ew er missus).
I don't mind starting the thread but don't want to step on anyone's toes as was a joint thing,we gonna do this ?(I got loads of stuff to do on my bike at the mo and don't mind measuring all the bolts),you up for it ralzy mate
Yeah man it will take everyone interested to help give the sizes but will help anyone ,even if they only need like a couple bolts they can reference the thread and get them for like 50p in stainless ,lovin this big time , will start this tomoz if ok with you coz I gotta do work on the bike anyways so can upload the first sizes (any bolt I remove) can see this gettin a sticky ,yeah baby yeah
Shweet matey agreed this is it its a good reference for others and new comers alike. Lets wipe the pozi heads for all the DT`s out of existence lol. Well atleast for all the lads that REP dt125r.activeboard.com anyway. I know the japs did try & keep things at a minimal cost but what the feck was they thinking with these pozi heads lmfao.
I just measured the bolts as i took them out, and ordered all of the sizes i needed from boltmeup on ebay, im pretty sure it only come to about a tenner..

Unfortunately i didn't take many notes, but going through my ebay feedback i can see that i ordered:
10 pcs x M6 X 25 STAINLESS A2 ALLEN CAP HEAD BOLTS (#160541207966) M6 STAINLESS STEEL A2 FLAT WASHERS X 50 (#150558132438) 10 pcs x M6 X 12 STAINLESS A2 ALLEN CAP HEAD BOLTS (#160541207967) M6x50 STAINLESS ALLEN CAP HEAD BOLTS X10 PACK FREEPOST (#310293296707) 12 pcs x M5 X 12 STAINLESS A2 ALLEN CAP HEAD BOLT (#310293292863) M6 X 60 STAINLESS STEEL ALLEN CAP HEAD BOLTS x 10 pcs (#150484780128) M6 X 65 STAINLESS STEEL ALLEN CAP HEAD BOLTS x 6 pcs (#310293297544)
I think the M6x60 were for the crank case, and i think i needed one M6x65 for the long bolt on the clutch case, and the M5s for the PV housing. I already had a load of aprilia bolts which i think were M6x30(?) that i used for the rest of the clutch case, other then that my mind is a blank. Hope this is of some help though..
Ok this could get confusing, let's start with the bottom end,if we get the diagrams then we can just number the bolts, then write the numbers down the side like the diagram key, then anyone can just post the number they mean and the size, once they have all been filled in its a whole set
