Erm so as some of you may know, im head brewer at London Fields Brewery and all round beer nerd. With not being able to go to work due to my knee I started writing a beer/pub blog to keep me entertained.

Blimey Josh you are defo a beer nerd. I drink in a real ale pub near me (Prince of Wales, Stow Maries, Essex) and I thought there were some beer nerds in there but you beat em all mate.
Personally I prefer the lighter coloured ales, best local one for me is Crouch Vale's Brewers Gold (Brewery is about 1/2 mile from me).
Anyway, nice blog mate. Keep it up (and the brewing of course).

to be honest my taste buds are fck from years of smokeing and eating currys and crap not to mention the odd mouth full of petrol [syphoning sux]


and they all taste the same to me . its the end result that intrests me more . more of a vodka and white wine kinda guy now

ps...

Got to disagree with you there MDK, can't beat an ice cold Bulmers APPLE cider on a hot sunny day. Anyway, i thought white wine was a girls drink..?

also if mixed with a double vodka is a great drink .

haha I know the pub Gary...It was opened by the geezer that opened the brewery! crouch vale that is, I like there stuff I must say. Last time I was there I had dark stars imperial stout in a bottle. its prety major like 10. someing % and it was dirt cheap too...
