So i been wondering.. at the moment i have 6 licence points right... & if i loose 3 not saying i have just a example... & i did my big bike test & pass does that mean i have 9 points left or 12?

you'll still have 6 until i think its 2 years after getting the full licence? then after those 2 you get 12 i'm pretty sure it's 2 years wait period tho

Erm yeah but I just thought that if you get knicked twice in two years with a provisional...or maybe it's twice in 2 years if you pass your driving test.

Erm yeah it is four years isn't it, but of you get 6points in two years you get banned...if you got 3 in the first year...and then got 3 more in year 3 you'd be fine but the points you got in year one still stay.

Maybe I just made it up, but I thought the ban line was 6 points for the first 2 years, then 12 after that...?

3 years period to accumulate 12 point's after the first 2 year period is over and if you get 6 in those first 2 years you'll lose it!
