Wiring Rear Lights of Battery

so wired my front lights to battry folowing advise from another thread

what about the rear light how would you go about wiring the running light and rear brake light to the battery

Brake lights work on the ignition not the engine, same as indicators.

because the only reason i ask is when i fire the bike up my running light at the rear is very dim and only brightens up when throttling the engine is that normal :S

It will brighten right up when you rev the bike it's normal,did you use proper wire and fuse it n stuff , oh is yer batt all good

What bike you got?

If it's pre RE model i.e. R then yeah normal

It is a dtr pre re and i sorted wiring to run off battery
