so my bikes nearly finished just need to spray the tank up fit my dog bones and fork seals then where complete :D

so i sorted out my power valve the wires had been crossed when mine arent supposed to so put them the right way and it flys now absolutly well fast so all happy
got my padock stand so gna do my wheel bearings tonight and spray up the rear caliper holder in white , new chain and sprocket on as well while the wheels off then i got some some fork dust seals to go on oh ill do the dog bones while rear wheel is off as well get it all done in one shot may as well . just anoying me that tank needs spraying cant afford it this month spent nealy £600 so far so wait till pay day £50 to have tank sprayed thats with them prepping and everything so not to bad.

ill get some more pics up tonight people need to take some of the old plastics as some people are after um so ill take a load of the bike as well

the fork seals worked out ok i like them better than gators or neoprone socks ball ache to put on

loks ok that dude...

and yeah seen loads of recoverd seats seem to wrinkle or gather in the bend ..

anyone has tips on recovering the seat for future jobs ..whats side to start at with stapples ? or maybe would you do front and back first then sides ???

Yep defo front to back first this gets the cover inline with the seat also and then the YAMAHA bits will line up,,just stretch it front to back it will not touch the centre bit of the seat just yet,,then heat it gently and get it nice and warm and you can then pull both sides down and under making sure its even,,now you've got it at these four points just go round tugging as you staple and should be a job well done ,I've been told its all about the heat

got some white braided brake lines today look the dogs and such a better feel its unreal , getting some SM wheels on DTR hubs in a week when a get paid gedding tank sprayed over weekend and got some white sponsor stickers on route should be sweet sumo ;)

just paid for my SM wheels orderd a SM front fender cant wait for them to land gna be a beasttttt :D:D:D
orderd some new stickers to some white sponsor stacks , new brake pads for rear and some white grips.

and yea u know i bought an old skool Gamecube won it for £10

going to attempt the seat mod this weekend to bit nervous cba with it going wrong haha but it doesnt sit right so gna shave it down trim some of the plastic make it sit nice and bony with Hpires rear :)
