I have it on my bike and I hit record and I can do all the speeds I like and it shows up fine, just wobbles and vibrates if attached to the handlebars. It's a 4s so the framerate is capable of good playback. Hmmm
Dead right MDK, but if your skint and can't afford a la di da cam, and you only have an iphone, then 3 and a half quid on one of those wrist strap holders is yer best bet till you can afford a better cam.

and I should know better as I am the king of try to find a cheaper alternative or make use of what you already have ...
just about any cammera can be mounted on bars or bike tbh.. tie raps-tape or string with most domestic digital/video camers can give ok results
and there seems to be loads of action type mounts for the iphone
get one of those my iphone 4s recording quality is class and will be getting one of these at some point, more for gps rather than videoing but cant hurt to try for 40 beans
