Take the PV cover off. It's on the LHS of the bike. Turn key on the on pos. Anything happening? Give the bike some revs with the cover off. Are the wires moving?

Has the bike been over bored? I.e. has a new piston off bigger size than standard been fitted? Has the PV been modified to compensate?

Take the exhaust off. Turn key on and off. Is there any obstructions in the way.

Yes, the power valve open and close, three times. self-ceaning.

No, the wires donīt move.

I take out the wires from the pv, and they move in the on position, but when i start the bike and give some revs to the engine the wires don't move.

I think is some electrical problem, but......

I think maybe a broken signal wire from Cdi coz when it's got power it wakes up but then doesn't do anything

The servo made the self cleaning.

When i start the engine and open the throtle some times the servo open and closes very fast and then stop. With the rpm very high.

With the engine stop and without the cables i can rotate the servo.

Is possible the servo damage??????

Some help.

I beleive if the servo moves 5 times it may well be damaged. It should only move twice to reset its position to closed.
