Powervalve machining after re bore.

Has anyone had an experience with bringing back the powervalve afer a rebore. I was skeptical at first but it appears you do have to do work on the valve to stop it rubbing on the piston after a rebore or two. Does anyone know how much need to be taken off or had any general experience with this?

Just take a bit off the side that comes in contact with the piston. If you put half of the valve in the cylinder it's easier to get an idea of what needs taking off and how much. I was surprised how little clearance there was tbh.
